This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation in the Fall 2020 Skills Assessment.
There is a non-refundable down payment of $20.00 for registration.
Invoices for the first month of the season (September) will be sent out after assessments and will need to be paid before the first practice. If you have a credit left over from Spring 2020 you will not receive an invoice until all of your credit(s) is used.
Payments will be collected monthly now.
PAYMENT FOR EACH MONTH IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Credits will be given in the instance that your player is no longer able to attend practices due to outside factors such as any medical reason, injury, or emergency. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding.

Each registered player will receive a NEW shooter shirt (included in first $125.00 payment).
Boys' Skill Assessments will take place on Monday, August 31st.
Girls' Skill Assessments will take place on Wednesday, September 2nd.
Similar to tryouts, players will show up for assessments based on their age group/grade. Assessments will take place on the blacktop behind Carmel Valley Middle School.

Skill Assessment Drop off & Pick Up
Players will need to be dropped off for their skill assessment(s). Due to new safety protocols, parents will *not* be permitted to watch or attend assessments. Players will check themselves in and will need to have a facial covering, a disposable water bottle, and personal outdoor ball. A Bulldogs Coach will be out front in the drop off area to facilitate health screenings, including temperature checks and a health questionnaire. Coaches will escort groups to the outdoor court. Proper physical distancing will be maintained.
Facial Covering Policy
We are encouraging players to wear their facial covering until they get to their designated basket. Once at their basket, they can remove and place their facial covering in their bag. At the end of the assessments, we will again encourage the players to wear their facial covering until they are back in their car with their family.
Coaches will wear facial coverings while escorting players to and from courts.
Due to liability reasons, if we do not see your player’s name at check in, they will not be allowed to participate until they are registered. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
Assessments and Practices will be conducted outdoors for most likely the entirety of the Fall 2020 Season.* Being outdoors will give us the space necessary to keep players distanced from each other when needed and allow us more space between courts.
*This is subject to change based on the potential lifting of state/federal restrictions and the easing of youth sports guidelines. You will be notified in a timely manner if/when we are able to move back inside the CVMS gym.
We will have a designated "drop off" & "pick up" area for parents. As we transition between practices players will be escorted by coaches to and from the outdoor courts behind the facility.
Parents & spectators will not be permitted to watch practices. Even though we are outdoors we are taking every safety precaution necessary to limit the capacity of people on club/school grounds. We appreciate your understanding and respect of these policies.
