Thanksgiving Camp Drop off & Pick Up

Bulldogs Thanksgiving Camp will take place inside the Carmel Valley Middle School Gymnasium, located at 3800-A Mykonos Lane, San Diego CA 92130.

Players must be dropped off outside in front of the gym and will need to submit to a temperature screening and health questionnaire in order to be allowed inside the gym.

Our professional, trained coaches will ensure social distancing is always practiced inside the gymnasium.

Players will need to bring and wear a facial covering EVERY DAY, in addition to the following:

-personal basketball

-personal water bottle

-snack (preferably in a disposable container)

Due to new safety protocols, parents will *not* be permitted to watch or attend camp. A Bulldogs Coach will be out front in the drop off area to facilitate health screenings, including temperature checks and a health questionnaire. Coaches will escort groups to their court. Proper physical distancing will be maintained.

Due to liability reasons, if we do not see your player’s name at check in, they will not be allowed to participate until they are registered. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

YOUTH SPORTS PROTOCOLS

  • Players need to arrive 15 minutes prior to camp start time (not earlier) and must leave the site within 5 minutes of the end of the camp day.
  • Prior to entering the building, all players will be asked to respond to a wellness screening. Should all responses be “no,” players will be directed to the player waiting area to be escorted to courts. Any player who answers "yes" OR presents symptoms of lower respiratory illness such as cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing will not be allowed entry to practice.
  • If Bulldogs staff become aware of a player’s fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc. after they have checked into the program, that individual will be isolated and parents/guardians will be notified for pick up immediately.
  • Only players and coaches will be allowed to walk inside the courts.
  • Player hands and equipment will be sanitized prior to entering the gym. Sanitizing will also occur during and after camp.
  • There will be a separate entrance and exit for all players.
  • Players are to bring their own water bottles. Drinking fountains will not be available.
  • Although restrooms will be available, we encourage players to use bathroom before arrival.
